No statements were made that are not already publicly available. Obviously Offie you have some major problems in understanding. Calling to confirm and discuss activities at the company is every shareholder's right. It is the obligation of the company and its employees to abide by all restrictions on communications not already made public, AFAIK all communications by me with Oilex employees were about publicly available information. Inferences and speculation on this board point out that Caye Chapel's interest in Oilex was plain when they announced that they would be purchasing up to 16% of Oilex common stock on the open market. The excellent debenture terms were also an indication of Caye Chapel's interest in Oilex. Speculation of share swap terms are simply that speculation but based upon publicly available information. What are you doing this morning Offie, calling the frac-gel manufacturer to see if Oilex purchased the frac gel?? I am sure that Oilex would be ever so happy to provide you with the manufacturer's name and their purchase order number. Come on get a life.
