All: As things are at a sensitive phase right now, I wouldn't recommend bugging the new directors. They are all working to get this thing finalized and they cannot tell you much more than that. I'm sure once the deal is complete, we will be able to get better acquainted with the new management at Gilroy. The important thing is that we are in this revitalized company early on. Lee
