Randall,

For what its worth here are my ideas about the situation at Global. This is totally unofficial. GPGI does not want to put anything out until it can be specific and precise.
But the lack of news from the company is responsible for the erosion of the price and IMO this is not warranted on the basis of fundamentals

What we all know is that the company is working actively on many fronts. It is pursuing the requirements for the filing of the application to be removed from the designated security list. We do not know how close or distant they are from completing this application but we can believe that they will complete it sooner or later. Getting off the designated security list will be a major step towards legitimatizing GPGI.

We also know that there has been activity in regard to chain of custody (COC). Again when we will have a report is uncertain but that we will have one sooner or later is also in the cards. IMO this report will not only validate GPGI1s ore but the numbers will be impressive.

Finally, regrading your concern about major problems at Auric I don't believe this is warranted. While Auric has been slow in coming up with a check we do know as factual that it has been able to process GPGI1s material successfully. What we don1t know is reason for the present delay. But the fact of having previously produced final metal suggests this delay may be due to technical difficulties in dealing with a large batch of material (over 1000 pounds) or this particular dore metal may be difficult to handle, or a key component of the processing machinery broke down, or a key operator became ill etc. There is no reason to believe that because of the delay whatever difficulties may be involved will not be overcome. There is too much prior success to be concerned in this regard.

But, again IMO, uninformed investors in GPGI come to the conclusion that all is lost because they hear nothing from the company. This is, of course, due to the deficiency in Global1s PR procedures.

Should the stock price collapse, as you have suggested, I for one will be ready with a basket to take the shares away from those uninformed sellers.

Regards

Ed
