Hello All,

New to the board, but not new to the company. I have been following the stock for about a year, and then took the opportunity to invest after they were delisted.

My comments are in regards to Lark Allen, the IBM recruit. I see this as being extremely positive. The reason being that when two companies have a strategic agreement, you do not poach their employees. That would be just bad business between two partners. Usually when this happens it is part of a long-term plan where ultimately, the larger company buys out the small company, in a year or two, after the executives have had time to incubate the small start-up into a successful commercial venture. This has been my experience in investment management. The same thing is going on right now between DAVX and LU. Again, it would just be detrimental to the partnership if you were stealing the other company's employees. So I see this as being an extremely significant announcement in regards to IBM's committment.
