Jerry,

Agree that for current year that the fab delay may cut about $1B in CapEx. However, with INTC going to 300mm, the other chipmakers must also get their acts together or being left looking at Intel's dust for a very long time. The interest that this announcement will cause for 300mm is likely to substantially offset any downside from the delayed orders for their fab.
