<ot> Waterhouse- This DOES happen frequently. However, whenever it happens, I just call the number (wait on hold for at least 10 minutes) and then tell them their computer isn't working anymore. They will always give me the trade for $12 or sometimes even comp me the trade. Guess it's not tooooo bad unless you need to make the trade at the very instant. But then you may prefer a higher service broker... Just 1MHO. Baz
