I do not think 18K by end of March. It is only a few days away. An everybody know rumor about government's action on a free market is not easy to carry out. If the government really play the game by using central reserve, there is another question about possible "corruption" issues. I think yen will be closer to 125 and Nikkei to be above 17K points.
