Direction? b] 3 Zulu divisions [Tek / Media / Commerce] TBA c] Co. incurred a substantial 1997 loss [as we anticipate] and thus should compare to DCLK's 1997 loss of $8+ MM or 0.80 cents / share IMO Zulu should fair MUCH better in EPS vs. DCLK d] Old SIM management was poor at managing the co. hence the loss and thus NEW management is slashing overhead as witnessed by office closures and executives bumped out or quit depending on who's version you get. e] The company hopes to double 1997 sales of 39 MM in 1998!! f] Co. hopes to therefore be profitable shortly after g] financials still on track - stay tuned
