Rick, I have to offer another option! My wife's account is with Vanguard. She did NOT get any information on the FTEL shareholder meeting. I did... my account is with National Discount Brokers (NDB). We recently got some info from Vanguard that stated (paraphrasing since I don't have it here at work) they reserved the right to NOT send information along to shareholders (and as I recall, they said it was the default in many cases). AND, THEY WILL VOTE YOUR PROXIES FOR YOU! So, I'd have to say that it was probably the brokerage who decided for the SHAREHOLDER what information was appropriate for them to see... VERY stupid in my opinion. When I get the chance, we will be closing that account and moving it somewhere that treats me right. Mitch
