Oh me here I thought the thread was stable and lo an dbehold it ticks up and here comes the "saviors" different name but same negative professional opinon.

It would be so nice if these guys would do some solid DD and not just post professional opinions. Geeeeze

OK

Pasadena principals also receive salary for up to 10 years and 10% of the net profits. Not quite what Mr. Harvey states is it. But again, no calls to verify information before slamming company.

Pasadena had a problem getting financing from their lender in Canada. As aUS owned company, MDCE arranged financing for them through Finova Capital against inventory and receivables. This allows them to continue operations with financing in place without losing contracts from an inability to obtain inventory to move. Hence, the Germ-X contract, with MDCE guarantor of the financing. A bit more than Legend stock from as business decision. Selling the company instead of losing the business is a prudent decision by the sellers, and the buyer usually receives an excellent price. This is normal refered to as Capitalism. My these professional naysayers know what that word means.

The pit, complementary to Mr. Harvey's math. For every cubic yard of fill removed, it will take approximately 12 cubic yards of fill to replace. NOW this will produce gravel to be sold for roads and fill. SO, there is a total of approximately 25 loads at an average of $12 per load generated from each cubic yard of sand removed. His math is accurate.

Why is it when one "chicken little" disappears, another is quick to replace them, with total negativity. And guess what, again no calls to the company to discuss the numbers on the pit. Coincidence?

This is really getting ridiculous. Also Undervalue Dog did and excellent write up on the facts and so forth as they normally do. Just have to wait for the momentum runners to get out to re-establish the floor and get set for the next level.
