Response to Dave R: Refute Allegations by Grantham This one will be in the system for a while and will not proceed to court for a year or more. Jersey will emphatically refute any and all claims by Grantham. Mr. Yates is of the opinion that the allegations are unfounded and Grantham is simply sourcing a way to get spent money back. Jersey, along with Grantham, put money down, spinned the wheel and took the chances. Until this is resolved legally, I will not address any further questions on this topic.
