YMEX crude falls, Norway lawmakers nix output cut

NEW YORK, March 26 (Reuters) - Crude oil futures fell below $17 a barrel on an initial sell-off after news that Norway's parliament had rejected a government plan to cut oil putput by 100,000 to 150,000 barrels per day.

At 1245 GMT/1745 GMT, NYMEX contract for May delivery was off 32 cents at $16.80 a barrel.
