It's a wonderful country -- I see that the posters from the CKFR thread still hold a grudge. Over the past six months, CKFR was a security we had taken a position in -- and then determined that it was fundamentally unsound to compete with MSFT. As such, we eliminated the position, took a small position in options as a hedge and now today -- have issued a short sale signal on CKFR. I can see why this would cause great disdain for those on the CKFR thread and for that reason, this information was not posted there.

As far as my stock selection, I have been in this field since my father became a broker in 1968. At the age of forty-three there is little I have not seen and done, both as a broker, an investment advisor and an attorney. My credentials are available for all to review, never a complaint, never a blemish in all the years I have been in business. Those who are critical merely post their "alias" and fire away. Where's the credibility.

Several posters on the CKFR thread, inclusive of CKFR's largest outside shareholder, are aware of my abilities. Two of the more zealous advocates of CKFR have taken it upon themselves to attack me personally. What they have to gain, I do not know but welcome their challenge.

Our record stands for itself, we are currently long THNK, have acquired more than 250,000 shares and will continue to buy on dips. With respect to HAUP, we have been buyers since $4 1/2 and have accumulated more than 250,000 shares -- we are not done buying as, if HAUP is able to secure MSFT's blessings, the security will undoubtedly move higher. (Imagine that, consistency, I buy a stock HAUP that may develop a working relationship with MSFT, and sell a stock CKFR, that is in an adversarial position with MSFT).

With respect to LGWX, we bought the manager -- we bought into LGWX because of Greg Peters. It is our belief that Peters will not have the impact on PLAT as he did in LGWX and as such we believed the security was fully valued, therefore we sold.

With respect to THNK, the management is solid Madison Avenue -- those who consider the security to be a web page creator are missing the big picture -- these individuals, both on their own and more so with their combined talents, have the ability to take and shape the advertising industry like no other.

Another securities we are currently accumulating is METNF, the Canadian CLEC -- and for good reason -- it represents the only entry into the Canadian market of a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier -- an industry that put me on the map thanks to the late Darryl Edmunds and the now current Bear Stearns CLEC industry analyst Jim Henry -- they found me ICIX in 1995 at $10 a share -- it is $90 now and we still hold most of our initial position -- no pump and dump here -- just sophisticated long term investing.

As stated above -- it is a wonderful country -- knowledge is power, our record speaks for itself -- as Einstein stated -- Great ideas have often been met with violent opposition from mediocre minds -- best wishes to all and as always -- judge the quality of these posts and your own investment decisions carefully.
