Today CNBC Said ZITL worth only about $1 1/2 per share, Fundamentally. David Faber and Joe Kernen were all over ZITL over a transaction that occurred today. This all centers around what Zitel paid for 35% of MatriDigm. Another company paid for 7% of MitriDigm today and David Faber kept stressing that if you do the math, ZITEL (ZITL) is only woth about $1 1/2 per share.

Joe said since Zitel's move from $10 to $38 centered around the MatriDigm deal, the market should take into account today's transaction and that ZITL should correct accordingly.

Both David Faber & Joe Kernen closed the segment by grinning at each other and said although the CEO says there is no basis that can value ZITL, the market will decide ZITL's new valuation.

Cheers,
