Jim;

I don't have much to add to yr comments except that I've been a long term observer/holder of QSII. It was one of my '10x-baggers' in '95-'96 when it went from ~$3 to $32. But I sold only 3/4 of my qsii then.

Then, it also had the cash on hand for a sequence of strategic acquisitions and mergers which it has done over time, and has since grown to address a larger mkt: from dental grp opns to full health care orgs.

But, its revenues/earnings were unpredictable and the CEO uncooperative about providing info and indicators abt the near term course of earnings for the company. Because of that the few analysts that followed the company essentially have stopped and there is little brokerage interest. That brokerage interest was what promoted its spectacular ascent back in 1996 to $32, followed by a series of disappointing qtrs.

I agree w/you that it's earnings are firming and it certainly qualifies as a long term buy again.

Let's see if we can get some discussion going.
