I noticed this too right after their last quarterly report. WIND did announce a stock repurchase last quarter. But, the $$$s committed to the buyback wouldn't have reduced the # of shares by 3 million. Frankly, I'm not sure if a buyback is supposed to affect the number of shares outstanding. Anyone with more knowledge about these matters, please chime in.
