To be fair, the author of the article may not believe it. I'm sure LG does. Heck, Intel has mentioned they have first silicon on 0.13 and this was using optical litho. Anyway, blank check R&D spending is not something I would expect the Koreans to continue. They need to focus on short-term operating results.
