Tulvio, I am in an equal state of befudllement over Mr. Johnson's Myopia. In the Jan forum of his "Mavens" column he gushed about ASMLF and its roll in providing 0.25 um. techweb.com Well by the logically exention the only Company that can supply such a light source should be view even more attractively, Right? No mention of Cymer. I don't particularly care, maybe the subscribers are privy towards better analysis. I'll stick to doing my own homework rather than depending solely on what "Mavens" have to say. Who knows maybe Mr. Johnson will savange my SEC data and get people to pay for it!<g> More power to him.
