TSO: I am really thinking of the non PC arena. I think DVD has definitely won in the PC environment. However where is LSI in the PC-DVD arena? Where are the huge deals? I dunno. Maybe LSI's chip is ideal for the non-PC area but maybe too expensive or something else is awry in the PC arena? I think this is hogwash and the company will do well in the PC arena. Just having a few pangs - must be the orientation of the planets. And see never forget the importance of a large established base. Same thing with Windows and Java. Though I'm pretty darn sure Java will be a success and is the platform/language for the future, Windows will be around for several more years if it is threatened at all.
