I spent about four hours of my time reviewing Actrade's accounting practices. If you decide to retain a big six firm they will bill you for at least sixty hours and in the end tell you the same thing I am telling you for free. Actrade accounting practices are in line with GAAP.
However, given the fact that in my profession you tell the client what they want to hear, for a reasonable sum I would be glad to give you an opposing view.
