To Mr. Rosen: First a word of congratulations to all longs on the 5% move in ACRT today. Secondly, Mr. Pink, has studied accounting and has accounting experts on His staff. He mentioned that He is passing further review to a Big Six expert who will come back with an opinion. That Big Six accountant, on a preliminary basis stated that the accounting seemed aggressive.
