Personally, I think 18 is exceedable in the near future given what I've seen of the company's plans and the size of the potential market they're after; from what I have seen of IP telephony, they won't have to spend a lot to advertise their capability - the business will come to them, if the cost savings are as they currently appear to be. One caution that I think is reasonable is that the technology is so young that being able to deliver early entails certain risks that might not need to be borne by those providers who don't have to work the "bugs" out.
