Dennis: Here's a VLNC URL which I think will answer your questions regarding qtr commentary. It quotes L.D. regarding production, when VLNC's 1st qtr is, etc.:

valence-tech.com

Meanwhile, regarding that supposed reduction in burn rate. Is it possible that IF they're truly as far along as we hope, then the burn rate should fall since pre-production work on all associated problems/problem testing resolution, etc., is complete? In other words, they're basically standing by waiting to commence first limited run's of mass produced samples for OEM's, or may even have some samples already in OEM hands and are awaiting approval?
Just a guess, but boy would that be exciting if true, eh? But overall, that burn rate reduction doesn't jive with L.D.'s commentary in the last call regarding the need for financing being needed later this year(unless he'd factored in that supposed burn rate reduction into his commentary).

Be that as it may, I don't expect to hear much from VLNC until closer to that June 30th window. I expect to be able to continue to "front end load" additional shares, particularly at these levels.....is it gold just waiting to be picked up at these prices? We shall see...
And speaking of price, closing price $4 11/16 x $4 3/4.

John~
