Whoa Joe.. I said "it sounds right" cuz I didn't have my notes in front of me... you owe me an apology. I called Jason and he was in a meeting.. he never called me back so I faxed him my requests.. next thing I know he calls James Tilton to ask if James could call me and answer my questions.. some having to do with the float and some with the cancellation of shares... I've been out of the office all day so just 15mins ago got off the phone w/ Mr. Tilton. He is still very bullish on this and says that this was just a field day for the MM's... I agree and still have all my TNRG shares and more. And please Joe don't even think about getting upset at me. What if I hadn't have called the TA... haven't I done enough... I'm on your side Joe.. and James Tilton and I called Jason on the phone together and confirmed what you said.. 36million OS.. and that doesn't include other shares yet to be cancelled. jim
