Looking for some help in understanding the BEA contingent. It appears that BEA has been for the most part responsible for driving rmtr to current levels. They sold some 1.3 million shares off as of last month. Unfortunately it also appears that they have some 4.2 million shares remaining. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I recall that one reason for their selling was due to a fund manager leaving their company, at least so they say. And I also think that the 4.2 million shares may be divided among different managers. That part is confusing.

Anyway, The real question is< What becomes of the remaining 4.2 million shares?????????? Obviously, if those shares are sold-off over time then this stock does not go up until rmtr starts making a real profit. And not even Dan can circumvent that.

By the way, BEA is the reason why the stock sells off everytime it makes a half-hearted rally.
