I didn't know that they had upgraded HUMCF. It must have been a very quiet upgrade. I look at the NASDAQ volume report each month and Alex Brown accounted for a lot of volume up until November, but has not appeared on the report since. Maybe they participated in the latest rally this month. Today's volume was somewhat encouraging. Too bad we had a selloff late in the day. At least we're closer to 37 than 30 . Bill.
