Doug, By having paid cash for CCIR, HDCO has signalled that its stock price is too low. So do not look for any equity distribution activities currently... My guess is that they'll carry the debt and for the time being just work it down via excess cash flow.

Then later in 1998 if interest rates drop, they will float a bond issue; if stock prices go up they will issue equity.....

My other guess si that HDCO's acquisition activity is not over- I can see one or two more potential targets floating on the horizon which would fit their strategy which I think I see behind the CCIR and Zirkon acquisitions....
