Gap Filling - we have seen some companies which filled the gaps and some didn't. Very interesting. Some which have filled their gaps include DO, PKD and FGII. Those that came close were GLM, BDI, PDE, and MDCO. The run-away winners in percentage terms are UTI and PTEN. Next are FLC, NE and RDC. Glad you mentioned Louis Rukeiser show this Friday. Are you positively sure his special guest will talk about OIL? Tomorrow is Friday and we may make a pre-OPEC meeting move. If you notice the drillers did not move as much as oil. We had a reversal of almost $1.40 today from yesterday close to today high. Yet OSX did not move 5%. I'm disappointed on this. However tomorrow could be interesting because a larger number of the drillers are making higher highs. It was led by RIG but now it is more wide-spread. This is good. DO could not move most likely because people are switching out of it into the shallower water. However, this switching phenomenon is a what goes around comes around phenomenon. Noone knows when the stock will be moved until it happens. Most exciting indeed.
