Pavlov, just figured it be good to keep the thread alive with this newsrelease. It has been out for a few days, but what the heck: PACIFIC & WESTERN CREDIT CORP. Stock Symbol: PWC LONDON, Ont., March 20 /CNW/ - Pacific & Western Credit Corp. (PWC) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Dominick & Dominick Securities Inc., Toronto, Ontario, to act as agent in connection with a best efforts private placement offering of common shares. Subject to regulatory approval, PWC expects to raise approximately $1.1 million at $1.45 per share. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction is expected to close before the end of March, 1998.
