Hmmm.. you're fun to talk to ... anyway.. what am I??? the company's lawyer??? I don't have a copy of the contract... they cancelled the shares cuz the other party didn't meet their obligations... some things are better left private... just because today was a bumpy day doesn't mean that the company is obligated to mail out copies of its books, contracts, family history of each employee, favorite cereal... this is a business... I work for a Fortune 100 company and there are MANY things that I don't get to see... and I work for them. You should understand this... also as to a bad day.. well people like yourselves helped contribute to the confusion by NOT calling the company and posting facts.. but instead drawing negative conclusions about things you know nothing about... MM's have a huge short position and if you understand MM's in the least bit.. you understand that when a company cancel or recalls or buys back stock in this kind of quantity that the MM's are going to scramble to pick up as many shares as they can and as cheap as they can to cover... and don't so there isn't a short position cuz it's already been confirmed with the company and the TA and anyone can see it... so trot along now and go play with the other kids.. (I just don't understand why people get into BB's if they aren't going to do their homework and NO I don't fall in love with stocks.. I rarely hold them very long.. but this one has great potential and so I'll be in it until the company can give me a reason to leave or we just have made so much profit that it makes sense to take them. But I see much more upside than downside... ) But hoffa... you keep naysaying.. you're good at it... and to think I respected you... not anymore... and not cuz you've dropped TNRG.. but because 1) you can't read ... I've answered these issues you're talking about 2) You speak with no authority and no position... only with speculation 3) you're just plain rude and annoying I'm going home now.. and when I get home... I will remove this malice I have for alot of negative jerks that took over this thread and if people can calm down (starting with me) I'll continue to post on this thread... otherwise.. jim
