JUDITH: Not to be so broad but any application or instrument that can use TCP/IP as its protocol can use the tempest.If it is as fast as it sounds like it is, then the video world is at it feet.Medical Imaging,Closed circuit TV or monitoring,or Video distribution networks or something that has not been mentioned here TVIP same as cable but tv to your computer.These applications have to run very fast.They can barely make it now with 56x2 modems running full blast.With ADSL and SDSL forget ISDN, this will come to your door by late winter.BellSouth is piloting it in Alabama now and expects to have ADSL in the south by year end at half the cost of ISDN.Back to video.You can BUY or Run Full Feature video movies on the net among a few.There's a lot more.
