Ryan,

I have been watching this PNDA thread for a

month or more, and have just now registered

for a SI account so I can 'talk' with you and

the rest of the PNDA fans.

At one time, back when the PNDA was just a wee

little bear, I had options to buy 25,000

shares at $5/share. When the stock hit

$51/share I tried to sell half of my options,

and was told by a member of the PNDA board

that I could not. To make a very long story

short (no pun intended) I ended up leaving the

company and selling my stock at around

$33/share. So I did make money, just not as

much as I could or should have made. As you

can guess, I'm still
not too happy about the topic!

Since that time I have vowed never to buy PNDA

again, no matter how low the price nor how

much the opportunitiy for PNDA to take off,
again.

But... I'm starting to seriously consider

buying PNDA again..

Here's why;

1- The price is low and PNDA is getting ready
to announce some major contracts.. (That's
what I read in a recent post, so I guess it
must be true.)
2- Rock City is an awesome machine, every kid
in the country will want one.
3- Stanford Crane has some big time investors
in this stock with average share prices in
the double digits. I know Stanford, and he
will find a way to get the stock price up
so he can make those investors whole.

Now, with all that said, you can say what you

want..

Yes, this is my first post, and no you don't

know me (but you will get to know me)

I look forward to what everyone has to say...

also, you can ask me any questions you want

about PNDA. I'm no longer under any terms or
conditions that keep me from talking..

I'm outta of here, gotta few holes to play

with the boys!
