Roger,

I have read most of the posting in this thread and I really
appreciated your analysis as well as the others. However, there are
a couple points that I am not clear yet and I appreciate your
response:

1) In your NI estimates for the 1Q96 in April, have you included the
cost of the second Switch which will be installed in Kansas? Also, the
Installation, commissioning, and Marketing expenses?

2) It seems to me that the TLTK's OS has been increasing from 5.1
millions to over 8 million!?! Am I correct?
