Scott, today action showed very strong Institutional support as I posted yesterday. The chart still looks perfect so far. The next hurdle is the $38 resistance level. It'll be at $42 if it can beats $38 handily in the next couple weeks. I cannot explain why coms should break-out - TA doesn't care about that. But of course, the catch is if it doesn't break-up it will break-down ! Mang
