GBU has just released news that they have acquired all shares of Castle Europa, a gold mining co. with interest in Europe. So was that the reason why GBU was halted. If so, I don't expect them go out and buy PVO as well. So, it looks like that GBU and PVO halts were just a coincidence. You can read the news on Canada News Wire.
