Yahoo/AOL comparisons are for not accurate. Maybe in the future if yahoo is ever allowed to keep some of MCI's access fees maybe. However, it took AOL a number of years to turn a profit. I don't expect MCI will be any different. Until this portion turns profitable don't expect yahoo to get any access fees. Yes, they will get more traffic and more money for advertising, but to say that yahoo's market cap should be similar to aol is pure fantasy.
