Mark, a question... how could FAMH do the reverse merger (i.e., join Nasdaq) without coming up with audited financials?

I can't imagine the exchange would allow one company to transform itself into another one without checking it out.

Okay, confess... who bombarded the PR firm with the important question of whether the symbol would stay the same?
