Deal seems more and more likely doesn't it. My one concern is that the deal may not be announced at Weil. To do so would appear to upstage the rest of the participants. In that case those who have bought in anticipation of the announcement may decide to sell and cause something of a selloff.

I suspect that the slack would be taken up by new buyers stimulated by analysts from the conference. But there may be one more buying opportunity.
