I don't think Lee or anybody else here is suggesting that you don't call the company.

As a shareholder you have a right to 'bug' the company, but for each individual that calls the company that takes up precious time of the key people that are working on the completion of the merger/aquistion of California Motorcycle company. (in other words it will take longer, plus you probably won't get much useful information since the company can't give out inside information).

I think we are at least another month to 2 months before the merger is completed, just for the reason that they are extremely complicated plus the fact that only a letter of intent was signed at the time of the last Press Release.

I'd expect within the next month for the company to become a 'reporting' company and file financial statements with the SEC.
