Configuration is dicey and I agree with your analysis about fast moving markets and changing definitions. Most of the ERP vendors have a configurator, but pushing it out to sales and to the web has really opened up the market for the SFA vendors. I'd be interested in Shege's analysis but I think he's out of pocket on some oceanic travel. Shege, are you there?
