You're right - It is incredibly simple. I went and checked it out at the conference today. Push-pull does the job. The kit that it comes with has a swab for cleaning the skin. They have it set up so that physicians can try out either the real device or the training device, and lots of them were taking the time to do it - I loved watching their faces as they realized how easy it was. And lots of demand for the development of a pediatric device.

I also saw the video of the first use on Dr. Tom Stair. Very impressive. I think the little smile you see on his face as the device is inserted is him realizing that his name will go down in medical history as the first recipient of the FAST1!!

A lot of interest from physicians, particularly late in the day. From talking to the team at the booth, they say that it usually starts quietly on the first day, and builds from there, so that Saturday will likely be very hectic. But any time you can get four or five physicians at a time to stand there and ask questions for ten or fifteen minutes, you know you've got a winner.

By the way, there were lots of visits from other investors too.
