Walter, The PIII final result is similar to the interim result. The p value is highly significant and I expect approval to go very smoothly. I thought that all 3 news items would come out this month, but I hadn't seen the Bear Stearns report. If I had, it would seem likely that what happened would have happened (I did suspect that the new final Phase III data would come out before the announcement of the NDA filing).
