As I see it, PointCast has already missed two major market windows for an IPO. They are no longer as hyped as they were before, but the service is still used by a lot of people.

With the new CEO and good positioning with the analysts, the IPO could still do quite well in the current market. Will they let the third ipo chance pass them by?
