Carey, Two reasons for being "quiet". First, I am busy 7 days a week involved with I.R.S. Tax Preparation right now. Barely have time to eat (g)
.
And Second, I need to establish contact with the new management of the Company, none of whom I have spoken to as of yet.
.
I did notice that the amended SEC Form S-1 was filed last week. Someone on the "Street" told me today that the "S-1 issue" is causing a perceived "overhang" on the stock, and is the reason for the depressed price. This holder was telling me he's NOT buying any stock here, but is waiting for the S-1 to go effective, and then he's going consider negotiating with one or more persons listed in the S-1 to make a direct purchase - and - depending on how that goes, and how the price is doing, he may nibble in the open market.
.
Makes sense. While I do not expect to see a rush of sellers once the S-1 goes effective (most ANYONE listed could have done a 144 reg independently had they wanted "out"), I see the "overhang" issue as a real concern of "The Street".
.
So EURO "ain't going nowhere" for the time being. The S-1 could go effective at any time now - UNLESS the SEC has any more questions. I would hope they are satisfied by now!
.
