The citizens need to wake up and get new and effective leadership in Japan.

In this world economy, Japan will be forced to cut income taxes. They have no choice. It seems to be what the investment world demands. The longer they sway back and forth, while their banking system is going the way of the Titanic, the worse it is going to look for them.

I think that they are stalling, hoping to get past elections before the citizens wake up and really understand the economic disaster the the current leadership has wrought.
