Does anyone have an idea how much buying is required (by index funds tracking the mid caps) when a stock is added as ICN is being added? I also wonder if there are any studies on the effect of being added to the index on the price of the underlying stocks. Any help on these points would be greatly appreciated. Looks like ICN goes up further. Time will tell.
