It is Arthur's ridiculously naive comments that have given this stock a serious haircut. I think he truly could care less about the stockholders. I lightened up considerably on this stock and will get back in heavier as Arthur continues to make public relations gaffes. Hopefully, Kevin Horigan can stem the blood flow at this point. 7 1/2 held today but 8 1/2 did not and that was a decent support level. It is now resistance but if we can break back above it in a short period of time we should stabilize. Someone mentioned a conversation with Arthur in which he said he truly could care less about stock price. That is only hear-say but judging by his inept comments during the earnings release I am convinced that it is probably accurate. I truly hope that Arthur's comments were simply naive and not intentionally disruptive. SNDCF has not made comments publicly to run the stock and so I truly do not understand why he had to publicly state the forward looking predictions on the next two quarters. He needs to get a grip and realize that a public company is owned by other people as well as himself. He must be firmly convinced that he has controlling interest because he sure acts like he does not have to answer to anyone. Sand Technology needs to grow up and realize that in order to play in the big leagues you have to put up and shut up. SNDCF runs the operation like mom and pop's grocery store. Investor relations is virtually non-existent and the board seems to care little for people who have a vested interest in the company. My hard earned money has been in this stock for a long time and Arthur makes it seem as though he would rather not have to bother with investor's at all. Screw that mentality. You are either public or private. If you want to be private then get the cajones up to pull all the shares back in to the fold. Personally, I am sick of the companies shenanigans on the PR front anyway. Pay us a premium and buy your little company back. We will then gladly step out of your way and cheer. Sorry guys and gals but this had to be said. If you follow my posts on SI you know I am long SNDCF and have been for some time. This is heartfelt and comes from pure frustration based on the terrible way I feel stockholders are treated at times in this company. Thanks for listening. Of course all of the above is IMHO. All comments are welcomed.

Thanks again,

David
