Mildly edited ( laziness ) translation:

How are you? I've been following this thread for some time. Look at Guido's report. He said there was 60M ozs. in the studied area with a possibility of a lot more (111M ozs.). He had only studied half the site. When Bolivia passed legislation that a proven reserve report had to be completed, do you think they stood pat? No way. Since April 1997 until now, they've been doing more studies which provided more necessary information to finish the reserve calculation. Sure, what happened with Bre-X can cause concern for GE. They have to play the situation well, like until now, prudent and reserved. When I said the report will be 75-100M ozs., I was taking into account this prudence. I have to confide in Guido and the reputation of all involved in this adventure. Until now they've played it well and I believe it's time to announce the truth (reserved of course) about this great mine.
