No further publications in St.Pete's Times sofar. Meanwhile Art, and all other stockholders: should you have reason to lodge a stockholder complaint to the SEC about a certain company, you might consider emailing: help@sec.gov attention Mr. Al Lapin I know of one (now ex) stockholder having sent a complaint! IMO, if the SEC get a bundle of complaints, they may be more ready to take an active look.
