What do you all make of GZTC's new financing? Couldn't quite tell from the release if this was a "bottomless" convertible or not. If it was, it might still have had a clause making short sales a no-no. (I've seen this used recently, and I suppose it might work where the buyers are reputable, as they likely are here.) The financing might also explain the recent weakness, which I've used to pick up a few shares. Peter
